1. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

For purchased digital products, if the license key has not yet been used (activated), you can return it unconditionally within 7 days from the date of order. For digital products delivered to the customer and successfully activated, arbitrary returns are not accepted due to the nature of the product.

2. Warranty and Free Replacement

All digital licenses you purchase are covered by a 1-year warranty and free technical support . In the event that the delivered license key does not work or cannot be activated on first use, our technical team provides support. If the problem cannot be resolved, a free new license replacement or refund will be provided immediately.

3. Terms of Use and Hardware Change

Licenses are for a single installation/device unless otherwise stated. If the license cannot be used again after formatting, resetting the operating system or hardware changes, the manufacturer’s terms apply; License transfer to another device is not possible.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS As stated in the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer, the return of products whose original packaging is damaged, destroyed, damaged due to use in any way, disposable products, copyable games, software, products and programs delivered digitally are not accepted.

For this reason, you need to pay attention to whether a product is a digital product before purchasing it. It is the consumer’s responsibility to buy the correct product, as such products cannot be returned.
